Celtic trio Odsonne Edouard, Mohamed Elyounoussi and Ryan Christie all got on the score sheet on international duty last night.

Celtic frontman Odsonne Edouard converted from the spot for France U-21 for the second time this week, with the Frenchman starting the match in their 2-1 win against Azerbaijan U-21.

On loan midfielder, Mohamed Elyounoussi was also on the scoresheet as Norway scored three times in the opening 20 minutes against Northern Ireland.

In Ian Baraclough’s first home game in charge, Mohamed Elyounoussi bagged the opener with a fine controlled finish before Erling Haaland dominated the headlines with some clinical finishing.

Scotland overcame a difficult makeshift Czech Republic team to win 2-1 in Olomouc. Lyndon Dykes levelled with his first goal for Scotland in the 27th minute before Ryan Christie scored his second spot-kick in two games just after the half-time break.
